Mumbai, Nov 2 Saif Ali Khan became the first Bollywood producer to shoot his spy thriller ''Agent Vinod in Latvia.

The actor who stars along with girlfriend Kareena Kapoor in the movie, is busy preparing for the Mumbai schedule after completing a grueling two month shoot in Latvia.

"The landscape in Latvia is exceptionally breath taking. We shot in many different locations across the different cities. We got access to some heritage structures, like old ruins, churches and museums. We tried to cover as much variety as the landscape offers," director Sriram Raghavan said.

Though the director managed to capture some breath taking shots but that did not come easy as entire team struggled through the language barrier which turned out to be quite a challenge.

"It was very difficult to understand their language since not many Latvians speak English. But we had a great team of locals who helped us communicate. They ensured we had a smooth schedule and a great stay," adds Raghavan.

''Agent Vinod'' will also be shot in Moscow, Morocco and Paris.

Basically, Karva-Chauth is performed by married women for the long life of their husband but recently the tradition is fast growing among the unmarried girls. Our Bollywood stars are also not behind in performing the rituals. Unmarried Kareena Kapoor in spite of hectic schedule kept her first fasting for her beau Saif Ali Khan.

She was busy promoting her latest flick, 'Golmaal 3' with her co-actors but she was determined to keep vrath for Saiffu dear. Last year too, she was willingly to keep the fast but she was very sick and was under medication.

This year, despite her professional commitments, she remained without food and water the entire day. After she wrapped up the promotional activities, she rushed to Pataudi before the moon rise up. She dressed up, prepared the thali and performed the ritual.

Saif Ali Khan gifted Bebo a fabulous jewelry set after the ritual. Kareena loves diamonds so he has gifted her necklace and earrings made of diamonds and emeralds. After the rituals, they headed for Delhi to spend time with Karisma Kapoor.

Saif and Kareena were seen roaming on the bike on the roads of Mumbai for the shooting of thier forthcomming movie 'Tashan.'
